How to make a return?

  1. Register your return at: https://icedstuff.returnsportal.online/
  2. Print and fill out the return form: DOWNLOAD RETURN FORM
  3. Pack the jewelry in the box as it was sent. Unsecured jewelry can be damaged/scratched in transport, which may later be a reason to reject the return. The jewelry must not be used.
  4. Send the package by courier (preferably InPost) to the company's address (we do not accept parcel lockers, letters and Poczta Polska shipments):

    According to our terms and conditions, the customer should send the return within 14 days of receiving the shipment and cover the shipping costs.



     

    When will I receive my refund?

    We aim to process your refund within 14 days from receipt to our warehouse. After we have sent your refund, you will receive an email notification.

    Please note it can take a further 14 days for the funds to clear into your account. This processing time depends on your bank so please contact them directly if 14 days have passed and you have not received the funds.

    We are fully committed to creating and providing the best standard of jewellery, which is why we offer a 12 month ICED STUFF® Guarantee for all purchases of gold plated/vermeil jewellery. If your product arrives damaged or has any manufacturing defect within 12 months of your purchase, our guarantee entitles you to a one-time replacement of the piece - free of charge. This warranty is voided under any user damage issues (scratches, accidental breakage and issues after contact with water).

    This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.

    Our ICED STUFF® Guarantee only applies to products purchased directly via our website or app. For products purchased through one of our retail partners, please refer to their return policy for information.

    In order to receive a refund for items purchased under the Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer, both items must be returned. If only 1 item is returned we reserve the right to reject the request, or until the 2nd item is returned. We do not accept returns on items bought with custom products or earrings in the BOGO deal.
