Terms und Conditions
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. These Terms und Conditions govern die Nutzung der online shop available at icedstuff.com (die “Shop”) von all Users.

e) die complaints procedure, und

1.4. In matters not regulated herein, die applicable provisions von Polish law shall apply, in particular:

2.3. Electronic Services – services provided electronically von die Service Provider through die Shop.

2.10. User – alle natural person, legal person oder organisational unit without legal personality, zu whom die law grants legal capacity, using die Shop oder Electronic Services.
2.11. Customer – ein User who concludes oder intends zu conclude ein Sales AgreeMännert mit dem Seller.

2.13. Entrepreneur – ein natural person, legal person oder organisational unit without legal personality conducting business oder prvonessional activity on its own behalf.
2.14. Entrepreneur mit Consumer Rights – ein natural person conducting business activity und concluding ein agreeMännert directly related zu that activity, where die agreeMännert ist not von ein prvonessional nature for that person, as determined in particular von reference zu dem business activity disclosed in CEIDG.
2.15. Product – alle movable item available im Shop und covered von ein Sales AgreeMännert concluded between die Customer und das Seller.
2.16. Sales AgreeMännert – ein distance sales agreeMännert für das sale von ein Product concluded between die Customer und das Seller via die Shop.
2.17. Order – die Customer’s declaration von intent zu conclude ein Sales AgreeMännert for ein Product.
2.18. Price – die gross value expressed in money which die Customer ist required zu pay für das Product.
3. PRODUCT AND ORDER INFORMATION
3.1. Die Shop sells Products via die Internet.

4. CONCLUSION OF SALES AGREEMENT

5. METHODS OF PAYMENT

6. DELIVERY COSTS, TIME AND METHODS
6.1. Delivery costs are borne von die Customer unless die Shop states otherwise. Delivery costs are indicated während die Order placeMännert process.
6.2. Die total delivery time consists von:

e) die Customer’s requested remedy.

9. PROVISIONS APPLICABLE TO BUSINESS CUSTOMERS (B2B)
9.1. Dies section applies only zu Customers who are Entrepreneurs und are not Entrepreneurs mit Consumer Rights.

9.5. Die Seller shall not be liable zu dem business Customer for loss, defect, delay oder Schäden arising after die Product has been handed over zu dem carrier.

10. ENTREPRENEURS WITH CONSUMER RIGHTS
10.1. A natural person conducting business activity ist entitled zu dem protection granted zu Consumers under mandatory provisions von law where die agreeMännert concluded mit dem Seller ist directly related zu that activity but ist not von ein prvonessional nature for that person, as determined in particular von reference zu dem business activity disclosed in CEIDG.
10.2. An Entrepreneur mit Consumer Rights ist protected in particular in respect von:
ein) prohibited contractual provisions,
b) liability for lack von conformity der Product mit dem contract,
c) die right von withdrawal von ein distance contract.
10.3. Die provisions derse Terms und Conditions concerning Consumers shall apply zu Entrepreneurs mit Consumer Rights zu dem extent required von applicable law.
11. TYPE AND SCOPE OF ELECTRONIC SERVICES
11.1. Die Service Provider provides die following Electronic Services through die Shop:
ein) enabling die conclusion von Sales AgreeMännerts,
b) Account maintenance,
c) Newsletter,
d) Contact Form.
11.2. These Terms und Conditions apply zu all Electronic Services provided through die Shop.
11.3. Die Service Provider may display advertising content withim Shop, provided that such content does not affect die essence der services provided.
12. CONDITIONS FOR PROVIDING ELECTRONIC SERVICES

d) die Contact Form service ist provided for ein definite period und terminates when die message ist sent oder die User abandons die form.
12.3. Technical requireMännerts necessary zu Nutzung die Shop:
ein) ein device mit Internet access,
b) access zu ein email account,
c) ein current web browser,
d) enabled cookies und JavaScript.
12.4. Die User ist obliged zu Nutzung die Shop in ein lawful manner, in accordance mit good practice und without infringing die rights von third parties.
12.5. Die User ist obliged zu provide true, accurate und up-zu-date data.
12.6. Die User ist prohibited von providing unlawful content.
13. COMPLAINTS CONCERNING ELECTRONIC SERVICES
13.1. Complaints relating zu Electronic Services may be submitted von email zu: support@icedstuff.com
13.2. Die complaint should include, zu dem extent possible:
ein) die User’s contact details,
b) ein description der problem,
c) die date die problem occurred, und
d) die User’s request.
13.3. Die Service Provider shall consider die complaint without undue delay und no later than within 14 days von receipt.
13.4. A response zu dem complaint shall be sent von email oder von another durable medium chosen von die complainant.
14. TERMINATION OF AGREEMENTS FOR ELECTRONIC SERVICES
14.1. Die User may terminate ein agreeMännert für das provision von Electronic Services von ein continuing nature, including Account oder Newsletter, at alle time und without giving reasons.
14.2. Termination may be effected von sending ein stateMännert zu support@icedstuff.com oder, where technically available, von deleting die Account oder unsubscribing von die Newsletter.

16. FINAL PROVISIONS

16.2. If alle provision derse Terms und Conditions ist found invalid oder unenforceable, die remaining provisions shall remain in full force und effect.

16.4. A Consumer may Nutzung out-von-court complaint und redress mechanisms available under Polish law, including assistance von die competent consumer ombudsman oder die Trade Inspection, where applicable.
16.5. Disputes between die Seller und Consumers oder Entrepreneurs mit Consumer Rights shall be submitted zu dem court having jurisdiction under generally applicable law.
16.6. Disputes between die Seller und business Customers referred zu in Section 9 shall be submitted zu dem court having jurisdiction over die Seller’s registered vonfice.
