How to make a return?

  1. Register your return at: https://icedstuff.returnsportal.online/
  2. Print and fill out the return form: DOWNLOAD RETURN FORM
  3. Pack the jewelry in the box as it was sent. Unsecured jewelry can be damaged/scratched in transport, which may later be a reason to reject the return. The jewelry must not be used.

  4. Send the package by courier (preferably InPost) to the company's address (we do not accept parcel lockers, letters and Poczta Polska shipments):

    Zgodnie z naszym regulaminem klient powinien nadać zwrot do 14 dni od odebrania przesyłki i pokryć koszty wysyłki.

    Zwrot zostanie rozpatrzony w ciągu maksymalnie 14 dni od dostarczenia go do naszego biura. W tym czasie sprawdzimy stan biżuterii i jeśli zwrot zostanie zaakceptowany, przystąpimy do zwrotu środków.

  2. Print and fill out the return form: DOWNLOAD EXCHANGE FORM
  3. Pack the jewelry in the box as it was sent. Unsecured jewelry can be damaged/scratched in transport, which may later be a reason to reject the return. The jewelry must not be used. There is no need to add the envelope with the certificate and information on how to care for the jewelry to the package.

    The exception is products with Moissanite stones - in their case, it is essential to attach the GRA certificate, which is part of the product.
