We want you to love your ICED STUFF® jewellery item as much as I loved designing, creating & wearing it. That’s why, if you’re not completely happy with it, I’ll give you a full refund. All I ask is that it’s returned to us in its original condition with all original packaging, within 14 days of delivery.
Return Exceptions
Just a heads up, we’re unable to accept returns on custom products or earrings.
How do I return my item?
To allow us to refund you as quick as possible, contact with our Customer Service.
- To start your return, send us mail on contact@icedstuff.com (you’ll need your order number to hand).
- We will send you detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return via email.
- You will need to prepare a completed Return Statement on paper, accompanied by the new, unused jewelry, in no way damaged, along with all proof of purchase.
- All items from the above subsection should be packed in the original box and sent to the following address: ICED STUFF, Smolna 13/62, 00-375 Warsaw, Poland
- Once the parcel reaches us and the return is approved, you will receive a full refund to your account within 14 days of receiving the package. A confirmation of the refund will be sent to you via email.
When will I receive my refund?
We aim to process your refund within 14 days from receipt to our warehouse. After we have sent your refund, you will receive an email notification.
Please note it can take a further 14 days for the funds to clear into your account. This processing time depends on your bank so please contact them directly if 14 days have passed and you have not received the funds.
ICED STUFF® Guarantee:
We are fully committed to creating and providing the best standard of jewellery, which is why we offer a 12 month ICED STUFF® Guarantee for all purchases of gold plated/vermeil jewellery. If your product arrives damaged or has any manufacturing defect within 12 months of your purchase, our guarantee entitles you to a one-time replacement of the piece - free of charge. This warranty is voided under any user damage issues (scratches, accidental breakage and issues after contact with water).
Our ICED STUFF® Guarantee only applies to products purchased directly via our website or app. For products purchased through one of our retail partners, please refer to their return policy for information.
